chitta manasa nivritti - control of mind

                                     why we control the  mind?
As the mind is capable of perceiving both happiness & unhappiness, we should try to  train the mind to perceive and feel both these dualities as equal entities.

originally our mind needs everlasting happiness, which is next to impossible to get in materialistic plane. thats why so many seers and thinkers since olden ages, scripted some sutras to retrograde the mind in to another plane of consciousness ----
where the mind subdued to a state of non-reactiveness
where the mind is not identifying with ego
where the mind has no vrittas of thoughts
where the mind looses its identity
where the mind perceives that the whole universe as single entity
where the mind vanishes in to unknown para pakriti -- - - -

to get rid of un happiness, to get rid of despair, to remove grief,
    to remove sorrow in society
to love all & serve all
to engulf in happiness -- - -  man strives hard and passes  frontier to frontier and project himself in differen planes of consciousness by doing different yogic kriyas.

what is the aim of human life?
what should be the way of the human life?
what is the truth?
what is the atma?
what is the real jnana?
can we perceive the infinite with the finite?
what is the light? its the karma of atma.
what is the desire? its the karma of the mind.
what is the sound? its the karma of the sensory organs.
what is the act? its the karma of the body.
is this world/  universe is the truth? it is the part of the truth.
to satiate the desires  is the way of life?
to extract ananda from self centered acts is right?
to perceive&percept ananda in all things,in all acts,in all situations -is right?
what is the whole?
in which whole it  is submerged ?
which whole is merged in to the whole ?
this world is myth. the paramatma is the real -says advaits
this world is true and the paramatma is pervading all this world is also true. -says non-advaits.

what is the way to attain the atma jnana?

Gita IN ANOTHER ANGLE.

paritrnaya sadhunam
vinaashaya cha dushkritam
dharma samsthapanardhaya
sambhavami yuge yuge.
the meaning of this sloka is--
to protect and uplift the pious people who are doing saadhana for liberation of mind from the bondages ,
and to destroy the people who are doing the adharmic and bad deeds and who are suffering from arishad vargas-
and to establish the dharma in the minds of the people, to propagate the dharma in the society and to reveal the real meaning of dharma - THE BHAGAVAN MANIFESTS HIMSELF TIME AND AGAIN IN ALL AGES.

JUST THINK IN ANOTHER ANGLE!

IN PLACE OF BHAGAVAN PUT THE ATMAN AND REPLACE THE WORD "GOOD AND BAD PEOPLE"WITH THE WORD "THOUGHT FORMS"---

Here we have to think and analyse as ,
that the atman will have a chain of " body&mind" until the atman has no need to protect the sadhu thoughts and no necessity of destroying the dushta thoughts.
that means, when there is no thought forms either good or bad in the lake of the mind, the atman never projects in mind&body continuim.
the samskaras camouflaging the atman has to evaporate by knowing that the atman is real, which is called as atma jnana.
until we achieve that atma jnanam, we-the atman has to manifest in the body& mind.

To mitigate the bad samskaras and to propagate & promulgate the good samskaras
and by conditioning the mind to thoughtlessness by constant practise
the atman projects itself in the abode of body every time and again IN ALL AGES.
it happens in me and you day in day out.
it happens always in all ages
its not once in a blue moon
its a daily ritual for atman

TELUGU LANGUAGE

language : telugu and its ancient status :
TELUGU LANGUAGE
History
Origins
Telugu originated from the Proto-Dravidian language. It probably split from Proto-Dravidian between 1500 BCE and 1000 BCE, which was roughly the same time the Tamil language became distinct in terms of literary activity[1]. Telugu belongs to the Central Dravidian language subfamily, whose members originated from the Proto-Dravidian spoken in the central part of the Deccan plateau. Other languages of the central group include the rustic Gondi, Konda, Kui and Kuvi languages, all of which are linguistically closest to Telugu.
Etymology of Telugu
The etymology of the word Telugu is not known for certain. The popular version is that it is derived from Trilinga, from the three lingas or shrines to Shiva at Srisailam, Drakasharamam and Kaleshwaram. This is widely disputed by the scholarly community. According to K.L. Ranjanam, the word is rather derived from talaing, who were chiefs that conquered the Andhra region. M.R. Shastri is of the opinion that it is from telunga, an amalgamation of the Gondi words telu, meaning "white", and the pluralization -unga, probably referring to white or fair-skinned people. In another view courtesy of G.J. Somayaji, ten- refers to 'south' in Proto-Dravidian, and the word could be derived from tenungu meaning "people of the South".[2]
Telugu as a Distinct Language
It is possible to broadly define four stages in the linguistic history of the distinct Telugu language:
200 BCE - 500 CE
The first phase is somewhat obscure, because the primary sources are Prakrit/Sanskrit inscriptions found in the region, in which Telugu places and personal names are found. From this we know that the language of the people was Telugu, while the rulers, who were of the Satavahana dynasty, spoke Prakrit[3]. Telugu words appear in the Maharashtri Prakrit anthology of poems (the Gathasaptashathi) collected by the first century BCE Satavahana King Hala. Telugu speakers were probably the oldest peoples inhabiting the land between the Krishna and Godavari rivers.
500 CE - 1100 CE
The first inscription that is entirely in Telugu corresponds to the second phase of Telugu history. This inscription dated 575 CE was found in the Cuddapah district region and is attributed to the Renati Cholas. Telugu was most exposed to the influence of Sanskrit, as opposed to Prakrit, during this period. This period mainly corresponded to the advent of literature in Telugu. This literature was initially found in inscriptions and poetry in the courts of the rulers, and later in written works such as Nannayya's Mahabharatam (1022 CE)[3]. During the time of Nannayya, the literary language diverged from the popular language. This was also a period of phonetic changes in the spoken language.
1100 CE - 1400 CE
The third phase is marked by further stylization and sophistication of the literary language. Ketana (13th century) in fact prohibited the use of spoken words in poetic works[3]. This period also saw the beginning of Muslim rule in the Telangana region.
1400 CE - 1900 CE
During the fourth phase, Telugu underwent a great deal of change (as did other Indian languages), progressing from medieval to modern. The language of the Telangana region started to split into a distinct dialect due to Muslim influence: Sultanate rule under the Tughlaq dynasty had been established earlier in the northern Deccan during the 14th century. South of the Godavari river (Rayalaseema region), however, the Vijayanagara empire gained dominance from 1336 till the late 1600s, reaching its peak during the rule of Krishnadevaraya, under whom in the 16th century Telugu literature underwent what is considered to be its golden age[3]. In the latter half of the 17th century, Muslim rule, now in the hands of the Mughals, strengthened and extended further south, culminating in the establishment of the princely state of Hyderabad by the Asaf Jah dynasty in 1724. This heralded an era of Persian/Arabic influence in the Telugu language, especially among the people of Hyderabad. The effect is also felt in the prose of the early 19th century, as in the Kaifiyats[3].
The period of the late 19th and the early 20th centuries saw the influence of the English language and modern communication/printing press as an effect of the British rule, especially in the areas that were part of the Madras Presidency. Literature from this time had a mix of classical and modern traditions and included works by scholars like Kandukuri Viresalingam and Panuganti Lakshminarasimha Rao[3].
Since the 1940s, what was considered an elite literary form of the Telugu language has now spread to the common people with the introduction of mass media like television, radio and newspapers. This form of the language is also taught in schools as a standard. In the current decade the Telugu language, like other Indian languages, has undergone globalization due to the increasing settlement of Telugu-speaking people abroad. Modern Telugu movies, although still retaining their dramatic quality, are linguistically separate from post-Independence films.

SACHIN TO RETIRE OR NOT TO BE?

It is hard for a player to concede it is all over, the skills not gone but faded to the point where domination is unlikely

DOMINATION FOR WHOSE SAKE ?
A PLAYER WHEN PLAYS LIKE AS ANY OTHER PLAYER IN THE TEAM, CAN WE AFFORD TO DROP DOWN THAT PLAYER ?
FOR GET, THE PLAYER’S CREDENTIALS ,PAST HISTORY, AWARDS & REWARDS.
JUST SEE THAT PLAYER AS ANY OTHER ORDINARY TEAM PLAYER. BUT NOT AS DEMI GOD OR GENIUS.
WHEN WE SEE WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONARY PRISM, OUR JUDGMENT WILL BE BLURRED .

Sachin’s career has to be divided in to two phases.
One, when he has full confidence on his skill, young , with out any fitness problems ,and when he is in the pinch hitter post without any burden of expectations- that is 1989 to 1998..
It takes him almost 30 tests to pile an average of 50 runs/ inning !
After that he never looks back ,except for a momentary fitness lacunae and robustly maintaining an average of 55 runs /inning.

The second phase is when the team’s ‘weakness covering’ responsibility burdens him along with his own fitness problems from 1999 on wards.

When we talk about sachin, invariably have to discuss about averages and records, because he is in the habbit of establishing the records regularly. Apart from the records, he is in the position of piling the runs at the middle order position with out any guarnteed support of other team batsmen.
The compulsions, as a sure dependable batsman without any guaranteed support from other batsmen made him cut his flamboyance in his strokes and it leads to the most guarded display of skills.

The man in a “team game “ is as good as his team.

Certainly, we cant compare the batsmen of different teams on same scale as we couldn’t of different eras .
Every team has certain weaknesses and to cover those short comings - some strategies has to paln, which have to be carried by senior responsible talented player in a team game.
As a opener in one day format, laying the foundation and piling of runs at good strike rate are necessary. What the team needs is good finisher /pinch hitter who has to FINISH THE GAME ON A WINNING NOTE. IF ITS NOT HAPPENED,WHAT IS THE VALUE OF OPENER’S PILED RUNS ? THE VALUE OF THOSE RUNS IS USED TO NOT NOTICED BY COMMON PEOPLE.
SO, LET HIM PLAY AS LONG AS HIS SKILL IS ON PAR WITH ANY YOUNGER CRICKETER .
WE CANT EXPECT SAME HIGHER STANDARDS FROM A PLAYER EVERY TIME.
IF ANY INDIAN BATSMAN PLAYS BETTER THAN HIM, DEFINITELY DROP HIM FROM THE TEAM.
WE ARE NOT HERE TO JUDGE OTHER’ S LIFE.
WE ARE HERE FOR JUSTNESS IN ALL GAMES with some fair amount of fashion & enjoyment.
"see the sachin as an ordinary player from now onwards."

IN 2005-06 :
On the other hand, his one-day average of these two years - 44.28, and 44.85 last year, are in fact higher than his career average of 44.05.

TEST RUN GETTING PROGRESS:

Tendulkar's progression to 11,000 Test runs is some what bumpy ride.

As Tendulkar's career summary shows, one of the highlights of his career has been his CONSISTENCY IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 2OTH.TEST AND 32ND.TEST AND 45TH.TEST TO 96TH.TEST. AND FROM 112TH.TEST TO 122ND.TEST.
CLEARLY HIS DECLINE OF FORM FROM 123Rd.TEST ONWARDS GLARINGLY NOTICED BY ONE AND ALL, AS HE TAKES ALMOST 17 TESTS(28INNINGS) TO PILE 1000 RUNS AS LIKE FOR HIS FIRST 1000 RUNS.
SO, ONE CYCLE IS COMPLETED.
FROM 122ND. TEST TO 139TH.TEST HIS AVERAGE IS DROPPED FROM 58 TO 55.

WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR POSITIVE PLAY FROM HIS BAT.

We Rangarayans already became a proverbs i.e – a short sentence based on long experience.

Oh! MY D O C T O R S

Doctors are born with healing hands.

Doctors are here for healing the wounded souls.

They are here to deal Grief, bereavement, sorrow, abnormality ,anxiety, mutations, and last but not least the acts.

The acts those hurled on their face
The acts those are hanging like Damocles sword
Where is the respite ?
They have to console not the patients, but themselves.

Regulating the health care is the apt word in place of private nursinghome regulations.

Eradication of quackery
Enhancement of infrastructure
Enlightenment of common man about hygine
Enactment of compulsory vaccination
Enlistment of medical education

The ten sutras one should follow for betterment of society & self.

  1. 1.Tranquility (Dhriti)

  2. Forgiveness (Khama),

  3. Restraint of the Senses (Dama),

  4. Non-Stealing (Asteya),

  5. Purity (Socha)

  6. Dissolving the Senses (Indrya-Nigraha),

  7. Intelligence (Dhi),

  8. Study (Vidya),
